Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 6, Professional Service Facilities Contract between District and HKIT Architects, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide documentation of existing conditions, design concept, documentation and detailing of a replacement fence surrounding the lower portion of the elementary school; proposal includes Division of State Architect (DSA) approval fees as well as construction administration fees and various other items described herein in conjunction with the Jefferson Elementary School Portable Replacement Project and extending the contract period of February 12, 2007 through September 30, 2011 to December 31, 2011, in an additional amount not to exceed $10,265.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $1,898,503.00 to $1,908,768.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
