Title: Approval by the Board of Education of an Addendum to Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") by and between the Street Academy Foundation of Oakland and the Oakland Unified School District ("District"), for the district to operate the Emiliano Zapata Street Zapata Street Academy, a 9-12 grades school of approximately 120 students, amending the MOU by modifying the terms of compensation for the 2025/26 school year by implementing enrollment-based funding, utilizing the Local Control Funding Formula, and allowing for adjustments to be made if enrollment on the 20-day count exceeds the school's enrollment projection or does not meet the stated projection. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
