Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Leapfrog Consulting, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide over a full day, two half-days and intermittent design team meetings on strategic planning design, visual facilitation and production of custom visual displays, including a process map and visual templates for group work and a final road map outlining goals, action steps and metrics to guide the work of the Girls and Young Women Collaborative for the next three years, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Office of the Chief of Staff, for the period of April 15, 2019 through June 30, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
