Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Prep Stars of America, Castro Valley, CA, for the latter to be responsible carrying out the duties necessary for the day-to-day elementary/middle school lunch time and recess care duties, responsible to supervise students by sight and sound and ensure their health and safety at all times, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Greenleaf Elementary School, for the term of November 1, 2014 through June 11, 2015, at a cost not to exceed $16,000.00.
