Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No.1, Professional Services Agreement between District and Accountemps, for the latter to provide temporary personnel to provide services in Accounts Payable for data entry, problem solving, research and year end closing, in an additional amount not to exceed $3,110.00, increasing the contract amount from $10,000.00 to a not to exceed amount of $13,110.00. All other terms and conditons remain ain full force and effect.
