Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Spark Decks, LLC, El Cerrito, CA, for the latter to plan collaboratively with OUSD Summer Learning and site coordinators to facilitate four workshops as part of the 2025 Ready Week convening to prepare summer staff to deliver high-quality programming, as described in Exhibit A incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department for the period of June 2, 2025 through June 4, 2025 in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
