Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Attitudinal Healing Connection, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide ArtEsteem Visual Arts programming for the 2023-2024 school year, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Allendale Elementary School, for the period of August 29, 2023 through May 24, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $23,500.00.
