Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement between the District and Jensen Hughes, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide assistance in reviewing the project's fire and intrusion alarm designs to verify compliance with the California Building and fire Codes (CBC and CFC) and OUSD design standards, and to witness testing of the fire and intrusion alarm systems, with services including all work described in the March 25, 2021 proposal attached as Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Laurel Child Development Center Replacement Project, in the amount of $28,400.00, which includes a contingency fee of $5,000.00, with work scheduled to commence on May 13, 2021, and scheduled to last until May 12, 2024.
