Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Professional Services Industries, Chicago, Ill, for the latter to provide environmental related services to reduce risk at the school sites, following Department of Toxic Substances (California Environmental Protection Agency) and Alameda County Environmental Health Department specific testing requirements around soil gas vapor intrusion; conduct other forms of environmental testing for other potential hazards (lead, asbestos, mold) when needed or requested, via Risk Management Department, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $99,000.00.
