Approval by State Administrator of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Oakland Small Schools Foundation (OSSF), for the latter to provide coaching on organizational development, school operations system and data management, to perform analysis to identify target students for in-class intervention for remainder of school year, and to process donations and manage accounts, in an amount not to exceed $3,000.00, at ACORN/Woodland Elementary School, for the period of April 1, 2008 through June 13, 2008.
