Title
Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Lincoln Child Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 200 additional hours of service by providing licensed or licensed eligible master's level mental health professionals to conduct individual assessments, development treatment plans which prescribe treatment interventions and provide therapeutic support throughout the day in the form of individual, group and crisis intervention and offer consultations and outreach to teachers and parents; and provide an intervention specialist who will provide both in class and out of classroom support in the form of therapeutic activities, which addresses targeted areas, specified in the treatment plan including conflict resolution and social skill development; consultation and collaboration with classroom teachers and site administrators around classroom and school behavior management at Laurel Elementary School, for the period August 30, 2010 through June 16, 2011, in an additional amount of $5,000.00, increasing Contract not to exceed amount from $10,000.00 to $15,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
