Ratification by the State Administrator of a Professional Services Contract between District and Katie Schmidt Raher, for the latter to meet with Early Childhood Development Education teachers monthly during the school year to lead Professional Development sessions for each Professional Learning Coaching study group; plan and facilitate the sessions and work three times a week, side-by-side with the coaches to assure that they are fully trained and mentored on how to support teachers during transition year; provide in-depth consultation on the unique and sometime difficult challenges of teaching adults in classroom situations and provide other services as described in Contract, as though fully set forth hearin, for the period of November 20, 2008 through June 30, 2009 in the amount of $48,000.00.
