Title
Approval by the Board of Education of Professional Services Facilities Contract between District and KEMA, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide building commissioning services, as describe in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein as though fully set forth, for all new mechanical systems being installed, with the attached proposal incorporated into the contract to the extent that it is subordinate to and not inconsistent with the contract terms in conjunction with the Montera Middle School Modernization Project for the period commencing August 12, 2010 and concluding no later than December 21, 2011 in an amount not to exceed $12,450.00.
