Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and HERO, Oakland, CA, for the latter to implement organized recess games and physical activity sessions, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Laurel Elementary School, for the period of August 12, 2024 through May 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $49,440.00.
