Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Terraphase Engineering Inc., Oakland, CA, providing an extension of the term to the Agreement from May 15, 2025 through June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027 (an additional 365 calendar days), due to changes in project scope and schedule, as outlined in the Proposal dated May 1, 2026, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, at no additional cost to the District, for the Garfield Elementary School Modernization Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
