Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement by and between the District and Jensen Hughes, Inc., Concord, CA, for the latter to provide assistance in reviewing the project's fire and intrusion alarm designs; to verify compliance with the California Building and fire Codes (CBC and CFC) and District design standards, and to witness testing of the fire and intrusion alarm systems for the Urban Promise Academy Portable Relocation Project ("Project"), as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the not-to-exceed amount of $17,900.00, which includes $3,100.00 for performance of any Additional Services, with work scheduled to commence on November 30, 2023, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2024.
