Approval by the State Administrator of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Expeditionary Learning, for the latter to provide 326 hours of a research-based design and teacher development program for comprehensive school improvement, including 26 days of direct service and for the teachers to attend a variety of off-site professional development in order to further implementation of the comprehensive school reform model and improve the curricula for all students at Manzanita SEED Elementary School for the period of March 26, 2009 through June 30, 2009, in an amount not to exceed $31,000.00.
