Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Children Rising, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide its Succeeding by Reading (SbR) Program, that provides interventional literacy tutoring for elementary school students who are struggling with foundational literacy skills, often scoring 2+ grade levels below their age group, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference, at Garfield Elementary School, for the period of October 2, 2023 through May 31, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $11,000.00.
