Title:

Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement for Donated Field by and between the District and Valley Precision Grading, Inc., Rancho Cordova, CA, for the latter to donate, design and construct a multi-sport turf field, a no-cost infrastructure improvement, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, at Burckhalter Elementary School, commencing on January 29, 2026 and shall, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, terminate on that date on which all of the Services to be provided by VPG for the Project, as described in Exhibit A hereunder have been completed to the satisfaction of OUSD, and all periods of warranty hereunder, if any, have expired.
