Title
Approval by the Board of Education of Professional Services Facilities Contract between District and AON, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide design and construction administration services, with the design services including preparation of drawings, specifications for the replacement of the fire alarm system and the coordination of the DSA approval of the drawings and specifications and construction administration including services during the bidding phase, the construction phase and the DSA closeout phase, with the attached proposal incorporated into the contract to the extent that it is subordinate to and not inconsistent with the contract terms, in conjunction with the Allendale Elementary School Fire Alarm Project for the period commencing April 28, 2011 and concluding no later than December 31, 2013 in an amount not to exceed $68,222.00.
