Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1011-1083 - Award of Bid and Construction Contract between District and Suarez and Munoz Construction, Inc., Hayward, CA, for the latter as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and rejecting all other bids, if any, to include excavation, soil off-haul, grubbing, tree removal to level area for new paving which will extend the children's play yard, with the scope to include a vegetated bioswale, irrigation and planting in conjunction with the Jefferson Elementary School Lower Playground Improvements Project for the period commencing June 17, 2011 and ending August 12, 2011 in the amount of $124,500.00
