Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1415-1143 - Award of Bid and Agreement between District and O.C. Jones & Sons, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and rejecting all other bids, if any, to provide for the demolition of six (6) portable buildings, hazardous material removal, earthwork, subgrade prep & asphalt paving limited to area under portables; re-paving of playgrounds will also be completed in conjunction with the Various Portable Removal and Paving Project to be completed within 107 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the District's Notice to Proceed in the amount of $915,000.00.
