Approval by Board of Education of Resolution No. 0708-0198 - Award of Bid and Construction Contract between District and West Coast Contractors, Inc., Fairfield, CA, for the latter, as lowest responsive, responsible bidder, to provide site improvements, site concrete, metal fabrications, pipe and tube railings, rough and finish carpentry, cabinetry, roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim and various items as described herein in conjunction with the Hoover Elementary School Modernization Project for the period commencing June 2, 2008 and ending August 17, 2008 in the amount of $3,478,000.00; and rejecting all other bids, if any.
