Approval by the Board of Education of Professional Services Agreement between District and Loving & Campos Architects, Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to professional architecctural and engineering services pertaining to the Cole Middle School Health Center Project including design, agency approvals, bidding and construction administration for the period commencing May 27, 2008 and concluding upon completion of the desired services described herein, but no later than December 29, 2009 in an amount not to exceed $62,300.00.
