Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement (SA) and Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), each, by and between the District and Edmentum, Bloomington, MN, for the latter, under the SA, to provide interventions for students and credit recovery of core academic courses to meet A-G eligibility and graduation requirements, with the online curriculum administered under the instruction and supervision of a certified OUSD teacher, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of August 26, 2026 through August 25, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $86,102.50, and through the DSA, defining the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Edmentum and the protection by Edmentum, of such data, for the same term as the SA, each Agreement, via the High School Linked Learning Office.
