Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 2425-0233 - AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER CONTRACT NONPUBLIC, NONSECTARIAN SCHOOL/AGENCY SERVICES FOR STUDENTS OF SPECIAL EDUCATION PROGRAM FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2024-2025 (Master Contract), by and between District and the named vendor, amending Section 31, Positive Behavior Interventions, in accordance with CA Senate Bill 483 (Chaptered 857, September 28, 2024), which became effective on January 1, 2025, by and between District and the named Nonpublic, Nonsectarian School/Agency. All other terms and conditions of the Master Contract remain in full force and effect.
