Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Moka Engineering Construction, LLC, Santa Clara, CA, for the latter to provide site improvement project services which includes modernizing of the school's playground, including site preparation, demolition of the existing nature exploration area, installation of additional trees and associated irrigation improvements, as further described in Exhibit A, for the Martin Luther King Jr. Child Development Center Site Improvement Project, in the amount of $50,361.00, with work scheduled to commence on July 1, 2026, and conclude on or before August 6, 2026.
