Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 5 to Professional Services Agreement between District and Byrens Associates, Oakland, CA, for the latter to delete the covered walkway between the Classroom Building and the Boy's Locker Entrance; delete the roof barrier structures planned at each end of the covered walkway, including lighting; add a pole mounted area light to replace the path security lighting from the covered walkway in conjunction with the Madison Middle School Modernization Project in an additional amount not to exceed $1,870.00, increasing the Agreement from $661,159.00 to a not-to-exceed amount of $663,029.00, and extending the end date from November 30, 2008 to December 31, 2008. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
