Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Andromeda Education, Sausalito, CA, for the latter to provide online math tutoring with a dedicated, professional tutor to low-income 7th - 12th grade students, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully forth at Sojourner Truth Independent Study Program, for the period of March 12, 2025, through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $7,500.00.
