Approval by the Board of Education of an Educational Organization Contract between District and The Mosaic Project, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide food and lodging during the program for students and teachers; program staff at an approximate ratio of one staff person per 10 or fewer students; high-school aged cabin leaders at an approximate ration of one cabin leader per 10 or fewer students; instructional materials and supplies as required for implementation of the program, and other services specified in Contract incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at Enchanted Hills Camp in Napa, CA, for the period October 5, 2009 through June 30, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00
