Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, (Fund Reallocation) Grant Agreement (8GA22421) by and between the District and the State of California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), in the amount of $4,998,782.88, originally awarded District for the term December 6, 2023 through March 30, 2026 (Legislative File No. 22-2767, Enactment No. 24-0078, 1/10/2024), for the purpose of supporting Oakland Living Schoolyards Implementation Project, by moving "budget from Outreach and partially from Contracts to staff time. Plan to use grant funds for 3 positions, Executive Director of Systems & Services Improvement, Director of Program Improvement and Assistant Project Manager for Systems & Services", as delineated in Exhibit A of Amendment, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the revised term of December 9, 2024, through March 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement remain in full force and effect.
