Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and HERO, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide organized recess games, physical activity sessions for each class, and implement a student leadership program, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference, at Hoover Elementary School, for the period of August 11, 2025 through June 27, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $59,400.00.
