Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy between the District and Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost, for the latter to provide legal services to the District for labor negotiations, special education and general advice matters, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, providing an additional amount not to exceed $75,000.00, increasing the cumulative not to exceed amount of MOU from $100,000.00 to $175,000.00, in Fiscal Year 2011-2012. All other terms and conditions of MOUEP remain in full force and effect.
