Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Linda Murphy, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 85 hours of professional services for school site instructional and administrative staff; and provide ongoing professional development services that will enable teachers to provide a more effective instructional program and improve student academic achievement in curriculum areas of Reading, Language Arts, Mathematics, and/or Science and Social Studies, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at St. Leo the Great School, via the Office of Accountability Partners, in an additional amount not to exceed $3072.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $4680.00 to $7752.00, for the period of September 15, 2015 through June 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
