Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 2, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Tulum Innovative Engineering, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional construction services, including the application of additional baserock thickness beneath the safety surfacing and a reduction in the nature area scope, as identified in Preliminary Change Orders (PCO) Nos. 5 and 10, for the Joaquin Miller Elementary Site Improvements Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $65,215.99, increasing Agreement price from $802,199.90 to $867,415.89. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
