Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Gender Spectrum, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide staff training about gender and gender diversity that will benefit all students and members of the school community including providing a framework for understanding the complexity and gender, as well as different models of gender that exists in other cultures; provide consultation and coaching of teachers, supporting them to understand, develop and implement gender inclusive practices in classrooms, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Peralta Elementary School, for the period January 30, 2013 through June 30, 2013 at no cost to the District.
