Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2022-2023 - No Cost (SA) and California Student Data Privacy Agreement (SDPA) by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter under the SA to fund and support, through the Community United for Educational Success (CUES) Project, ten Community-Based Organizations (CBO) committed to working with District high school students, focused on increasing attendance and engagement for disconnected students at no cost to the District, extending the term of the Agreement from February 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026 and under the SDPA, the terms and conditions of District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with the Oakland Public Education Fund and the protection by the Oakland Public Education Fund, of such data, for the same term as SA. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
