Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Measure Y Program Management Services Agreement by and between the District and Brailsford & Dunlavey, Washington, DC, for the latter to continue to provide additional program management services for the Program Management Facilities Planning and Management Project, in an additional amount of $5,333,861.00, increasing the total not-to-exceed contract price from $15,088,204.00 to $20,421,254.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from April 15, 2021 through June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026 (an additional 365 calendar days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
