Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Private School Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Sara Kaci, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 18 days to continue Student Counseling Services; and Instruction on building community and strategies (SEL) for students, families, faculty and staff, in the additional amount of $1,567.68, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $7,795.86 to $9,363.54 and extending the Agreement term from December 4, 2025 through June 12, 2026 to June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
