Approval by the Board of Education to the Purchase Order Contract between the District and MB Contract Furniture, Inc., Concord, CA, for the latter to provide furniture needed for the Architecture/Design classroom for the Fremont High School CTE Classroom Furniture Project, in the not to exceed amount of $59,800.73, which includes a lump sum purchase of $43,800.73 and a contingency of $16,000.00 to be used for purchase of, or exchange for additional furniture, with a delivery deadline of August 15, 2021, and an Agreement end date of October 31, 2021.
