Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 of a Community Based Organization Master Contract between the District and Alameda County Public Health Department, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional coordination and facilitation of the campaign in five East Oakland schools for water stations, water bottles and site wellness champions for water awareness education provided to all after school wellness learning community participants and all site wellness champions; continued support for parent and student engagement around the OUSD Wellness Policy revision and a summer wellness conference for the period of January 1, 2013 through August 31, 2013, in the additional amount of $40,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $40,000.00 to $80,000.00. All other terms and conditions of Contract remain in full force and effect.
