Overaa & Company, Richmond, CA., to provide an amendment to include the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Phase III construction services for the Roosevelt Middle School Modernization Project, in an additional amount of $68,397,205.00, increasing Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $7,014,345.00 to $75,411,550.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from August 24, 2023 through July 31, 2027 to September 30, 2029. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect*. --- * This Amendment is within the Board Approved allocated Project Budget.
