Title
Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Facilities Services Contract between District and Comtel Systems Technology, Inc., Sunnyvale, CA, for the latter to provide resolution technical services to resolve phone connectivity issues in conjunction with the Montera Middle School Modernization Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $1,951.81, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $85,121.00 to $87,072.81, within the original contract period of May 16, 2010 through November 23, 2011. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
