Title
Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Facilities Services Contract between District and Simplex Grinnell, Livermore, CA, for the latter to provide additional costs for the Supervision of the New Building as well as re-programming and monitoring of the portable classroom and damage to the Fire Alarm Panel that is being back-charged to the General Contractor in conjunction with the Cox New Classroom Building Project and extending the contract period of November 11, 2009 through December 31, 2009 to December 31, 2011, in an additional amount not to exceed $33,838.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $12,960.00 to $46,798.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
