Title: Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and Consolidated Engineering Laboratories, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide further geotechnical consultation services, including Phase A – Supplemental Consultation: Meetings, Principal Engineer – Meetings, Consultation; Project Engineer - Meetings, Eng., Analysis, Consultation and Soils Technician - Compaction testing of backfield, as stated in proposal dated May 28, 2026, for the Garfield Elementary School Site New Construction Project, in a not-to exceed amount of $7,656.00, which includes a contingency fee of $696.00 for Additional Services, with work scheduled to commence and last for the duration of the project except as otherwise stated in Section 4 of the Agreement.
