Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Super Stars Literacy, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a literacy intervention program for K-2 pupils below reading level, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Markham Elementary School, for the period of October 28, 2019 through May 22, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
