Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Califitness, Fresno, CA, for the latter to ensure all gym and physical education equipment is safe, operational, and compliance with safety standards; provide timely repair and maintenance services, allowing students, staff, and program participants to continue using the equipment without interruption at Dewey Academy, for the period of September 2, 2025, through April 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $1,600.00.
