Approval by the State Administrator of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, for the latter to provide additional academic support and tutoring for students performing below benchmark that participate in the summer intervention program, in order to provide a more cohesive academic program that supplements and supports classroom curriclum to increase academic achievement for those students indentified as Far Below Basic, Below Basic and Basic at Hoover Elementary School, for the period of June 22, 2009 through July 17, 2009, in an amount not to exceed $3,010.00.
