Approval and support by the State Administrator of Grant Application made by Oakland Private Industry Council, Inc., to the California Employment Development Department seeking funding to support gang reduction activities and provide career exploration by named public entities/agencies including for students at Ralph Bunche High School, in the amount of $499,700.00, for the period of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 and, if granted in whole or in part, to accept same, pursuant to terms and conditions thereof, if any.
