Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Testing Engineers, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide testing and inspection services in conjunction with the Carter Baseball Scoreboard Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period no longer than the period of construction of the project, unless this Agreement is terminated and or otherwise cancelled prior to that time, in an amount not to exceed $3,148.00.
